This site has been developed to assist all levels of Managers to understand some of the concepts, models and techniques used and expand on their knowledge.

Our experience comes from many years of building and running businesses and also coaching and mentoring future Managers.

Qualified to Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership we have tutored across a broad range of Management each having our own area in expertise such as Risk, Compliance, Governance, Culture and HR Management to name a few.

Developed in our down time during the Covid-19 crisis we continue to write and produce articles and posts of interest for the public and for our students benefit.

The aim is provide topics in real terms bringing popular models to life and breaking down the many confusing techniques into simple easy to use tools. If the light bulb comes on we know we have done what we set out to do.
